You might think that cat is a very cute animal, but when it crosses your way bad luck is sure to come to you! Never continue to move in the direction in which a cat crosses your way.
This type of attitude towards cats is not uncommon in India. Almost one out of every 5 people have this kind of mindset.
When a cat crosses someone’s way they are sure to be distressed in some way because of this reason, not that anything bad happens with them.
I used to be like that too but my way has been crossed by cats so many times, and nothing bad happened. I don’t even feel a wee – bit distressed.
It intrigues me to find the origin of this ” great doctrine ” but sadly there’s none. I could never find a reason behind this belief.
